We do not disclose any non-personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except at the clients’ request, as permitted by law, to facilitate our services to our clients, or as required by law.

To ensure security and confidentiality, the firm maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect the privacy of our clients.


Identifiable information about our clients or prospective clients will be maintained during the span of the
engagement and for the period thereafter as required by both securities industry and state privacy laws.


The firm will notify our clients annually of its privacy policy and at any time, in advance, if its policy is
expected to change.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.
